North and South Goa are not one afternoon. Village houses, gated villa complexes, and apartment blocks each have different caretakers. Peak tourist season changes car and vendor availability. We avoid treating a home visit as a tourist activity; the report stays practical: access road, damp, occupancy, and caretaker notes.
