What families abroad should prepare

Distance changes the paperwork, not the standard. If you are outside India and someone at home needs care or practical help, prepare the facts a coordinator can actually use.

Name the Indian city first. Parents in Pune, a township in Pimpri-Chinchwad, a flat in Mumbai and a society in Thane are four briefs. ‘Somewhere in Maharashtra’ is how a day gets wasted. If you also hold property or papers in that city, keep those as separate tasks so the care visit is not diluted.

Name a person at the address. A coordinator cannot talk their way through a PCMC gate or a Mumbai tower because a child abroad feels urgent. Share the phone number of someone the watchman already trusts.

Name your clock. Families in the US, the UK and the Gulf read updates at different hours. Say when you can take a call. We do not claim a night desk in your country. The international pages, such as the USA corridor, are for people arranging India-side work. They are not a foreign licence.

Separate clinical care from documents and property. A nursing request should not be buried under a society NOC or a tenant inspection. Each has a service. The guide you are reading is only the preparation.

Expect a refusal when the city, the hours or the clinical task cannot be done honestly. That is safer than a cheerful message that collapses on the day. Nothing on this site is a ranking promise or a guaranteed professional.

Where can this help happen?

Assistance happens in India. You can be in India or abroad — those are two different places in the request.

What information helps

The city, who is involved, access (keys, society, hospital), and what a useful visit would look like.

What the process looks like

Send the Indian city, your time zone, and the local person who can approve a visit. We reply in writing. Corridor pages explain country-specific context. They do not mean we operate in that country.

Typical first response is a written review, not an instant assignment.

What happens after you request

  1. Kalyan Mitraa reviews your request.
  2. We clarify anything needed, in writing.
  3. We coordinate the assistance if we can take it.
  4. You receive updates on the request record.

Limits we will not blur

We do not sponsor visas, offer jobs, or run a care agency in the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, the UAE or Singapore. Work, when accepted, happens in India. Medical outcomes are not promised.

Questions

Do you have a care office in my country?
No. Country pages describe how families abroad arrange work inside India. They are not foreign branches, immigration services, or recruitment.
Can one request cover care and property papers?
Tell us both, but they are scoped separately. Mixing them into one vague task makes the visit weaker, not cheaper to misunderstand.
