Home Nursing Coordination
We coordinate a qualified nurse to support a patient at home — visits, shifts, and practical care as scoped with the family and the treating doctor. Kalyan Mitraa does not practise nursing or medicine.

What this service includes
After a written proposal, we match the request to local qualified nursing, confirm who will attend, the hours, and what the family has authorised. We keep a request record of what was arranged and what was reported back. Doctor-advised tasks stay under the treating clinician’s instructions.
What it does not include
We do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a doctor. We do not publish a live roster of named nurses, and we do not claim that a nurse is already waiting in your street. Clinical procedures happen only when a qualified professional is assigned and the family has given the relevant consent.
How it works
You describe the patient situation, city, and the kind of cover you are asking for. We assess whether we can coordinate it, send a proposal, assign, and report. If we cannot cover the location or the clinical need honestly, we say so.
What you receive
Who attended, the agreed hours, and a factual update the family authorised us to share.
First arrangement is typically proposed in working days after we have enough clinical and access detail. It is not a promised same-hour dispatch.

Where we arrange nursing
We use the same Indian cities already on Kalyan Mitraa. Pune — including Pimpri-Chinchwad neighbourhoods we already work, such as Wakad, Hinjawadi and Pimple Saudagar — and Mumbai are requested often. If we cannot cover a place well, we will say so.

Questions families ask
- Do you provide the nurse, or only coordinate?
- Kalyan Mitraa coordinates qualified local nursing after a written proposal. We are not a hospital, and we do not publish a live roster of named nurses. Assignment happens against the request, with the limits written down.
- Can a Kalyan Mitraa nurse replace our doctor?
- No. Diagnosis, prescriptions, and clinical decisions stay with the treating doctor. Nursing support follows that advice. If the situation is an emergency in India, use local emergency numbers.
- Are nurses available near me right now?
- We do not display live availability counts. A request tells us the city, the hours, and the patient situation. We then confirm what can be arranged. That is slower than a marketplace badge, and it is honest.
- Can I request 24-hour nursing?
- Yes, you can request 24-hour, 12-hour, day, or night cover. We confirm after the request whether that pattern can be staffed in that city. Kalyan Mitraa itself is not a 24/7 emergency service.
- Can we ask for a female or male nurse?
- Yes. Preference is recorded on the request and matched where we can. It is a preference, not a guarantee that a specific person is already assigned.
- Will you do injections, wound care, or catheter care?
- Only when a qualified professional is assigned to follow the treating doctor’s instructions, and only when that work is in the written scope. Kalyan Mitraa staff do not perform those procedures as coordinators.
